Your student is invited to join us on a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience with their classmates to Portugal for 9 days over Spring Break 2027.  This trip is open to all students who will be in gr. 10-12 of the 2026/2027 school year at Kitscoty High School, Dr. Folkins Community School (Chauvin), and Provost Public School.

This journey will be more than just a trip—it will be an immersive learning experience where students will expand their perspectives, gain independence, and build lifelong memories with their peers.

We will be having our parent information meeting for this tour in September, but wanted to allow families to sign up early to lock in lower monthly payments and the $300 discount currently on the tour.

*** When you enroll you will be automatically registered for the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance plan, but you are not required to have this.*** 

Global Travel Protection Plan (GTTP) (This is required by BTPS for all travellers)

Everyone has the Global Travel Protection Plan included on their accounts. This is standard travel insurance which covers medical before and on tour, loss or damage to luggage, and trip interruption or cancellation. Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) (This is optional)

The Cancel for Any Reason insurance is an opt out coverage that costs $149. This gives families the option to cancel for any reason not covered under the GTTP up to 24 hours before departure and claim up to 80% of the cancellation fee
